VDS P

Equipped with a high-performance evacuation pump and a multiple metering unit, this VDS is the perfect partner for the mass production of electronic components under vacuum.

For handling of:
self-leveling cast resins such as polyurethane, silicon, epoxy etc.

Area of application:
Filling and saturating electronic components such as coilable materials, sensors and many more.
vacuum potting VDS P
Advantage:
  • It's compact dimensions allow it to be integrated into any manufacturing location without any problems
  • It is impressive thanks to its extremely fast cycle times and precise results.
  • Reliable dispensing results which are repeated with accuracy
  • Optimum bubble-free components
  • Success with difficult component geometries
  • User friendly programming and control
  • Compact dimensions and accurate design
  • Fast evacuation
  • Fast processing of large quantities of components
Function:

With the intuitive and user-friendly Scheugenpflug Microcomputer Controller, the VDS P is operated efficiently and in an easy learning kind. The controller is attached directly to the chamber as operator panel or is integrated into the material preparation unit A300. For a faster and visual supported programming an Industrial-PC is available too.

The already evacuated dispensing medium is supplied from the A300 via the hermetically sealed multiple metering head into the vacuum chamber. The 3-axis system guarantees a precise travel distance and thus the highest of dispensing quality, in a vacuum value which can be adapted to suit the requirements.
The resin is dispensed with precision into or onto the work pieces.
