VDS D

The VDS D is a very compact vacuum chamber used
for dispensing resin under vacuum.

Application:

Moisture sensitive resins or sensitive manufacturing processes where air bubbles in the work piece or
resin are not acceptable.

Area of application:

Vacuum-assisted dispensing applications for
prototypes and small production series.

Function:

The VDS D is monitored via the microcomputer
controller of the A300 material preparation and

feeding unit.The dispensing process starts once
the round chamber has been closed and the

programmed vacuum level is reached.

Dot and simple line dispensing are possible
as the work piece table can be turned by hand
or a stepper motor.

Upgrades:

For optimum metering with repeated accuracy,
the desktop unit is equipped with a standard
Scheugenpflug piston metering head.
