Operating Concept Industry PC
The Industry PC, which is equipped with a Scheugenpflug Visualisation UVIS and an integrated programming module UPIC, enables an easy and comfortable operation and parameterisation of the Dispensing Unit by a Touch-Screen.
 
The administration of the machine, workpiece and process data are realized by individual flags, which enables clear arranged and fast navigation.
With the integrated programming module UPIC, matrix as well as cnc dispensing programmes can be designed and edited in a simple and fast way, without any programming skills.

  • simple, fast and comfortable handling of the operating menus by touch – screen
  • management and storage of machine- , part- and process data
  • listing of all occurred malfunctions for a quick and effective fault analysis
  • visualisation of all process parameters (metering head control, heating, needle measurement, pot life, etc.)
  • if connected to a main frame computer, automatically program selection according to workpiece is possible
  • testing of dispensing programs without wasting dispensing material
  • with UPIC, preparing and editing of matrix- and/or CNC-dispensing programs directly at the machine is possible
  • program preparing and editing in a clearly arranged input mask
  • line commands (CNC – code) are programmed as text file
