Dispensing Systems

Dispensing Systems from Scheugenpflug are stand-alone respectively manual work-stations for preparing, feeding and dispensing resins.

They are consisting of a Scheugenpflug piston metering unit with table top stand and a material preparation and feeding machine with an integrated microcomputer controller. Considering the resins (viscosity, moisture-sensitive... ) we can offer the ideal preparation and feeding machines. The piston metering head will be also adapted according to the used material.

Dos A300:

Material preparation, feeding and metering station for self-leveling dispensing materials. Also for abrasive and highly viscous materials.

Dos A280:

Feeding and metering station for heat-conducting adhesives and pastes. Especially for abrasive and highly viscous materials, directly from the original container.

Dos A220:

Feeding and metering station for highly viscous dispensing materials, directly from the original container.
