SCP200 and SCP200+
For material preparation and feeding units and for simple dispensing systems
All material preparation and feeding systems as well as manual work stations are equipped with the specially designed SCP200 micro-controller and visualization unit. It monitors and controls all steps of the production process, from the docking of the follower plate and material preparation (heating, agitating, evacuating, automatic reloading of material, etc.) to the feeding of the dispensing material into the system, to the actual dispensing itself. Any additional components added to the system use the control unit’s existing interfaces. For the special requirements of the various potting materials, both recommended predefined and user-programmable parameter sets are available depending on the operating mode.

The solution with extra features: SCP200+
A PLC solution might be too large-scale for small dispensing systems. Additional vacuum and motion functions have therefore been added to the SCP200+ model to expand on the proven SCP200. As a result, the DesktopCell and LeanVDS also include this controller to become full-featured small potting systems. The result is simple and cost-effective.

Operation of the SCP200 is easy and intuitive: providing instruction to operators during initial start-up is usually enough training. The SCP200 makes it easy to complete monitoring, maintenance and analysis tasks and helps the operator to perform all production processes quickly and smoothly. All process-relevant data are displayed at all times. The operation data input and the maintenance menu give operators a constant clear overview of the performance and state of their system. On request, it is possible to analyze these data and determine any potential for optimization.
